How to Use (Blackstone Grill): 1. Open the gas tank valve (turn it counterclockwise to allow gas flow) 2. Turn the left burner knob from OFF to ON 3. Press the igniter button until the burner lights 4. Once lit, lower the heat slightly 5. Turn on additional burners from left to right, one at a time 6. Adjust heat levels depending on your cooking 7. Preheat the grill for a few minutes before cooking 8. When finished, turn all knobs to OFF 9. Close the gas tank valve Fuel is included during your stay.
